These terms govern use of seccanada.com and the SEC Canada machine-health monitoring service, including the plant dashboard, alerts, and reports.
The monitoring service is intended to help operations and reliability teams detect developing faults on rotating equipment. It does not replace inspection, maintenance procedures, or professional engineering judgment. Alerts and reports depend on sensor placement, connectivity, and the data available for your plant.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Access is provided for the company and users authorized by SEC Canada.
You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access another customer’s data, or use the site or dashboard except as authorized.
Dashboard access, reports, and automated alerts may be paused when a monitoring subscription is expired, as described in the service agreement with your company.
To the extent permitted by law, SEC Canada Inc. is not liable for unplanned downtime, equipment damage, or other losses arising from reliance on monitoring data alone. Sensor replacement during a warranty period is as stated in your commercial terms.
